We have tried several different options for care for our four legged family members while traveling. The Ruff House stands head and shoulders above the rest! The way they care for our babies is obvious to us when we come and pick them up. It’s obvious to us when we see the pictures of them interacting with the other dogs. It’s obvious to us that they love what they do at The Ruff House because they take such good care of our babies. This last trip was almost 2 weeks and we never worried once about our dogs. I recommend them without hesitation!

I had an amazing experience at The Ruff House in Fredericksburg, Va. while I was away at a conference in Las Vegas, my beloved dog Zena who has bladder cancer, began spotting blood in her urine. The compassionate and attentive team at Ruff House didn't hesitate to take action. They collected a urine specimen and delivered it to her veterinarian for testing, going above and beyond to ensure she received the care she needed. Knowing Zena was in such capable and loving hands gave me so much peace mind while I was away. The staff truly treated her like family and for that, I am beyond grateful.
